Our Teen Extreme runs 4 times a year and is our white knuckled thrill ride for 13-17 year olds :
It last from sunday evening - friday evening and is an all-inclusive residential experience. Perfect for your budding adrenalin junkies to get a taster of all the adventure sports that the welsh wilderness has to offer. During the week they will take part in most of the activities below, as well as a host of evening games & entertainments :
